The real estate field is a vocation that offers a wide-range of varied opportunities. The first step to obtaining a realtors’ license. is to take a recognized, accredited real estate course. Contacting the local Real Estate Commission to obtain a list of real estate schools in the area is recommended. Going online and finding real estate schools should be done with your research of where to jumpstart a career in real estate. The Real Estate Commission requires accredited coursework. Real estate courses are found online we well and it requires a minimum of 70 hours of coursework which can be accomplished by the individual’s pace. This coursework normally takes about six to eight weeks to finish. After completing the coursework, attending a school site and taking the final exam is next. 
Potential real estate agents must pass a written examination.
